**A cancellation without 24 hour notice costs the client the visit. We will allow the customer to cancel and reschedule their appointment for that SAME DAY as long as we do not have to pay a trainer overtime. Bigger packages have FREE CANCELLATIONS included.

As the demand for private personal training has increased dramatically at Joe Grasso Elite Training, personal training sessions will be directed and shared amongst our expert staff of personal trainers.
If, however, you prefer to receive personal training sessions with Joe Grasso only, previously arranged appointments must be scheduled. Additionally, private training sessions with Joe Grasso ONLY will run at the rate of $550 per hour.
Please be advised that all of Joe Grasso's Trainers are hand-picked by Joe Grasso, and are regarded as experts in providing Joe Grasso's "Explosive Power Training."
